Information on White Horse Farm

...White Horse Farm was established over 20 years ago with the purchase of an exceptional walking horse mare, Blue Bird's Pin Up.

Blue Bird's Pin Up

"Birdie" was owned by Joanna Ploeger who trained her and took her to a national youth versatility championship in 1985. Blue Bird's Pin Up and Joanna can be viewed in the Versatility Hall of Fame at the TWHBEA headquarters in Lewisburg, Tennessee.

We congratulate Angie Jones of Tennessee who recently purchased National Adult Versatility Champion Reverend Moon.

In addition to his wonderful show record, we are sure his gentle temperament, good looks and natural gait are bringing Angie the same joy he brought to us.

Moon's photograph by stock photographer, Gemma Giannini, was selected by Horse Illustrated Magazine to be the centerfold photo for the July 1999 issue.

Postmark's Julie

Reverend Moon was similarly honored to have his photograph chosen to represent the walking horse by the publishers of the book, Horses for Dummies.

We regret to announce the sudden death of our beloved Postmark's Julie. By Postmark's Delight and Top Hand Nancy, she had an outstanding show record. Early in her show career, she was the International Reserve Champion in the Four and Under, Light Shod, 2 gait class. In addition to the many other blues Julie earned, she took third place in a large English Trail Pleasure Class at the TWH International.

Clair de Lune

" Julie " was a wonderful mare with an outstanding head shaking, ear flopping walk. Her legacy is secure through the outstanding foals she produced. We all miss her very much.

Clair de Lune is the lovely and talented daughter of Reverend Moon and Postmark's Julie. She is beautifully conformed with 4 straight legs, a short back and chiseled features. Her disposition is sweet and loving and she has a long strided head shaking running walk.
